„NETFLIX & STRESS” is a 5 min solo performance which is my commentary to the defamation trial between Amber Heard and Johhny Depp. As Amber Heard said: „it will always be not enough for them that if there is evidence they will say it’s a fraud, if not that nothing happened” How much does it cost to talk about violence out loud, and finally – who actually pays for it? What role should one play to win the trial? Win – I mean, make them believe the evidence. Which narrative is more profitable? „I’m not afraid to reveal the truth, I know what happened to me and I survived it,” says Amber Heard. Telling one’s own story is to free oneself from shame, and on the other hand, an attempt to regain one’s voice and admit one’s guilt. I can’t prove whose fault it was, but I can prove what’s left in my body.
